Installation
Install the case
Step 1: Start from the bottom of the phone, near the keyboard side. Align the bottom of the phone with the bottom of the case, then gently press it into place.
Step 2: Once the bottom is fitted, press along both sides of the phone little by little until the body sits properly inside the case.
Step 3: Press the top area into place and check that the top edge is fully secured.
Step 4: Gently run your fingers around the edges to make sure there are no lifted or loose areas.
We do not recommend starting from the top or forcing the case open with excessive pressure.
Replace the metal buttons
Step 1: Remove the phone from the case first.
Step 2: Press the metal button inward from the outside of the case until it comes loose, then take it out from the inner side of the case.
Step 3: To install a new metal button, place it from the inner side of the case and press it outward until it is fixed in place.
Avoid using sharp tools to pry the metal buttons, as this may scratch the case or damage the button structure.
Cleaning & Care
Step 1: Before cleaning OCase, remove the phone from the case.
Step 2: For everyday dust, fingerprints, or light marks, gently wipe the case with a soft cloth slightly dampened with clean water. Do not spray cleaning liquid directly onto the case.
Cleaning Note: For stubborn marks on the outer frame, you may try cleaning with a soft cloth lightly dampened with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Avoid wiping the colorful graphic patch areas, such as Tech, Terrain, Pattern Play, or Personal Canvas back plate designs, as solvents may corrode or damage the printed pattern.
Usage Tips
Different colors show daily marks differently. In general, darker cases are easier to keep looking clean, while white, light-colored, or brighter cases may show dust, dye transfer, friction marks, and other signs of use more easily.
White cases are not as stain-resistant as darker cases. With longer use, slight yellowing, color transfer, or visible wear may be difficult to avoid.
To help keep the case in better condition, avoid prolonged contact with dark denim, dyed fabrics, oil, cosmetics, strong sunlight, high heat, and humid environments.
