MCase comes with a 6-month warranty for product quality issues.

MCase is made with a rigid, 3D-printed shell. Under strong impact, the shell may crack or break as it releases stress, helping reduce the force transferred to your phone. Damage caused by drops or strong impact is not considered a manufacturing defect.

For non-custom items with quality issues, we offer a free return or replacement and cover return shipping. Non-quality-related returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by the buyer.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about an issue, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Yes. You can freely combine different functional modules and colors to create a MCase that suits your everyday needs and personal style.

Yes. We'll keep exploring new functions and playful designs, giving you more modules and combinations to try.

Yes. A complete set costs less than buying all the parts needed for a full case individually. If you'd like more color combinations, consider getting a second set in a different colorway and mixing the modules from both.

As part of our effort to reduce waste, we avoid adding a magnetic ring to every extra backplate. In our everyday use, one ring is usually enough, and you can reuse your existing ring when you swap backplates.

Every complete case set includes one magnetic ring. If you'd like a spare, you can purchase one separately.

We carefully tune our equipment and printing settings to achieve the best appearance and surface finish we can, while keeping printing imperfections to a minimum.

Because 3D printing builds each part layer by layer, you may still notice fine layer lines, seams, or slight variations in the surface. These are common characteristics of the process. We work to reduce them, but cannot eliminate them completely.

Yes. You can buy just the modules you need to change colors, try new functional combinations, or keep spare parts on hand.

The matte surface is less likely to show fingerprints and smudges, though some oil marks and signs of everyday use may still appear. If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with water or alcohol.
