Material & Impact Behavior
This case is made with a 3D-printed rigid shell, designed for everyday protection against bumps and scratches.
Under strong impact or drops, the case may crack or break. This is a normal material behavior, where controlled breakage helps disperse impact forces and protect your phone itself.

Returns & Exchanges
- Custom / personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-custom items with quality issues are eligible for free return or replacement — we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Non-quality-related returns are accepted within 7 days after received, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Damage caused by strong impact or drops is not considered a manufacturing defect.
